Gold is currently operating as usual till health authorities direct us otherwise.
I hope each and every one of our guests are maintaining good health and keeping safe under what is an unprecedented international health emergency.
The health and well being of everyone who enters our space is of the utmost importance, so we have further enhanced our current hygiene practices, including but is not limited to
: constant sterilizing of stations and high
touch points around the reception desk, credit card terminals etc.
: Introduction of “social distancing” practices by leaving 1~2 styling chairs between you and the next client
: We request that clients attend their appointments alone at this time. This includes accompanying children or the elderly.
: Requesting all clients on arrival to use the bathroom to wash their hand and/or use the sanitizers available.
: We have removed any items that may play host to the virus – e.g *magazines, drink menus etc. *( magazines available on request but we request you to hand sanitize after reading)
: Using disposable cups.
: We request that any client feeling unwell or who has travelled personally outside of Japan , including spouses or partners, in the past 14 days, to reschedule their appointment for a later date.
